In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(i) For quashing memo no.1290 dated 25/07/2007 issued by the Executive Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, Regional Officer, Bela, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No.6) dated 25/07/2007 by which allotment of shed of Kaushal Foods Pvt. Ltd., Bela Muzaffarpur has been cancelled on the ground that petitioner has not
