2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, from the bed of the petitioner, one country-made pistol was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

5. From perusal of paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, it appears that two cases of similar nature is pending against the petitioner.

6. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, which is hereby rejected.
