For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender vide order dated 26.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27686 of 2016 be extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period, as indicated in the order passed today, the interim order extended in her favour shall stand automatically withdrawn.
