2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the State that all the admissible dues payable to the petitioner has been paid and credited into his account after adjusting the amount which he had taken as advance during his service period.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation in case he finds that certain dues still remains to be paid or up-to-date statutory interest has not been calculated.
