JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 31-07-2019 This modification application is filed for modification of our order dated 15.05.2019 passed in CWJC No.6819 of 2019 in so far as the number of P.S. Case is concerned as occurring in paragraph 2 at page 1 of the order which reads as 'Sangrampur P.S. Case No.48/19' in place of 'Sangrampur P.S. Case No.43/19'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting to the error present in the writ petition itself, submits that it is because of the appearance of the number in the FIR at Annexure

Patna High Court MJC No.2319 of 2019(3) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 1 which has led to such error and seeks leave of the Court to correct the number of the P.S. Case as occurring in the writ petition and also prays for consequential modification in the order dated 15.05.2019 passed in CWJC No.6819 of 2019. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and bearing note of the nature of modification prayed while granting permission to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make correction in paragraph 1 and other places of the writ petition in so far as the number of P.S. Case is concerned, we modify our order dated 15.05.2019 passed in CWJC No.6819 of 2019 in so far as the number of P.S. Case occurring in paragraph 2 at page 1 is concerned to read as 'Sangrampur P.S. Case No.43/19' in place of 'Sangrampur P.S. Case No.48/19' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The modification application is allowed.
