Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53502 of 2021(3) dt.27-04-2022 2/3 depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners that they shot fire at the son of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained gunshot injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of some previous dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further submitted that the police after investigation has not found the case true as against the petitioners and submitted final form but differing with the final form, learned Court below took cognizance against the petitioners also. There is general and omnibus allegation

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Benipatti (Madhubani) in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 253 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
