JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Partakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015 instituted under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is a practicing Advocate of the Civil Court, Patna and alleges that he had given a friendly loan of rupees eight lakhs in cash which the petitioner is not returning and hence the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner rightly submits that it is out and out a civil dispute being sought to be settled through the process of Police and force.

Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
