This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of attempt to commit rape when the informant was alone in her house. Some specific act committed by the petitioner is mentioned in the first information report.

After hearing the parties, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
