Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, two persons including the petitioner are alleged to have caused injury with iron rod at the head of the father of the informant.

The Doctor has found single head injury. Hence, it is difficult to attribute as to who had caused the said injury. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58491 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Surajpura Police Station Case No. 54 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
