2. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to make a representation to the District Magistrate-Cum-Chairman

Patna High Court CWJC No.11301 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 (Respondent No. 2) ventilating his grievance. On such representation being made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law duly putting all the parties i.e. the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 8 on notice.
