2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S lodged on 02.01.2025 by the informant, Chinta Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, while exercising for Agniveer Scheme, scuffle took place in which allegation is that beside the other accused persons, this petitioner assaulted on the head causing injury, the son was finally shifted to Sadar Hospital, Chapra which followed the FIR.

4. In this case, the case diary, criminal antecedent report beside the injury report were called for and as per the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41992 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 injury of the informant's son Dipesh Kumar Singh, the Doctor has opined the injury on the head to be grievous in nature.

5. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
