The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakri) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 15 liters of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 30.09.2017.
