Najmul Hodda, learned counsel for the informant, it was submitted by Mr. S.M. Ashraf, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the anticipatory bail petition, petitioner no. 2, namely, Md. Sukda @ Md. Sukdu son of Late Fazal Khan has already been arrested and, as such, the anticipatory bail petition in respect of petitioner no. 2 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail petition in respect of petitioner no. 2 stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.

After some argument, Mr. S.M. Ashraf, learned

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition in respect of petitioner no. 1, namely, Sunny son of Md. Mustaque Khan @ Musso stands dismissed as withdrawn.
