JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 The only issue now is for payment of GPF to the petitioner for the period 11.12.1980 to June, 1996. Post June, 1996 payments have already been made to the petitioner. From the counter affidavit it is evident that detail of deductions for this period is not available with the Provident Fund authorities because the petitioner was posted at various locations and effort is being made to collect the details of such deductions to settle the claim of the petitioner. The communications made in this behalf have also been annexed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19166 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2016 Keeping in mind that the petitioner is a retiree of the year 2013 the Director, Provident Fund, would be well advised to look into the grievance of the petitioner with regard to left over payment of provident fund and ensure that final settlement is made preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The petitioner can also help the authorities by providing evidence of deductions to expedite the matter.
