Beni Yadav and Anjani Yadav forbade informant from cleaning the field which was resisted and on account thereof, they chased him to assault. His father Bhupan Yadav and Murari came in rescue whereupon, Beni Yadav, Anjani Yadav, Mogal Yadav, Bhim Kumar, Priyadarshi Yadav, Pritam Kumar, Rajnish Kumar, Samdarshi Yadav, Ambedkar Kumar began to assault his brother as well as father with lathi, danda whereupon his father sustained head injury. During course thereof, they also fired. From the order impugned it is evident that the allegation whatever been appears to be in omnibus nature.

Accordingly, petitioner Mogal Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59819 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, IIIrd, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No.190/2017.
