The petitioner moved before this Court for quashing of the cognizance order dated 06.03.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ara in Complaint Case No.167(C) of 2019 under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw the application with a liberty to take up all the points at the time of the framing of charge, if it still has not been framed.

The petitioner is allowed to withdraw the application.
