Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366,498/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other named accused persons is that they had induced the married niece of the informant to go with them. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had gone with this petitioner to Madras and thereafter returned with the petitioner at Jhajha railway station from where the petitioner went away to his house and she went to her own house.

Submission is that the matter of love affairs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58473 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barhat Police Station Case No.25 of 2017(G.R.No.855 of 2017), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
