The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Section(s) 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim is married lady. She has voluntarily gone with this petitioner. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 27.4.2018 whereas the FIR has been lodged by the informant on 5.5.2018.

The informant has alleged in the written report that his wife along with two minor children became traceless from the house. The father of the informant learnt on mobile that she

It is further alleged that his wife has taken away some gold and silver jewellery, cash of Rs. 75,000/- and valuable documents with her. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IVth, Katihar in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S.
