JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S.Case No. 111 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 342, 364, 379, 387, 467 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by a Muyathi causing several injuries and it further appears that he is accused in 07 other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except three injuries, all injuries are simple in nature and petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2018..

Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer of bail stating that opinion of three injuries has been kept reserved and informant is still unconscious and further there is allegation of demand of Rangadari also and apart from that, petitioner is accused in seven other cases.
