Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghatti P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014 registered under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The first information report goes to show that the petitioner opened fire on the deceased.

Taking note of the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sherghatti P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014 stands rejected.
