Petitioner seeks bail in Maniyari P.S. Case No.340 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that police searched house of the petitioner and recovered several articles as mentioned in the written report. All the articles are household articles. Only one country made pistol and one empty cartridge have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.340 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
