2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2) & 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that police received an information that firing is going between two groups due to land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that altogether 20 accused persons are named in the FIR.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44350 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 Petitioner no. 3 was apprehend whereas petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were not apprehended from the place of occurrence. Learned counsel further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of any of the petitioners. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioners are in custody since 24.04.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has conceded to the argument of learned counsel for the petitioners that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. Learned APP further submits that the petitioners are having criminal antecedents as described in the petition.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
