JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing her. On protest being made co-accused Pradeep Sah assaulted on her head with 'garasa' whereas co-accused Dilip Sah assaulted on her head with 'lathi' when other accused persons assaulted with fists and slaps and snatched a gold chain.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled whereas accusation of assault only with fists and slaps is against this petitioner. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55303 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being lady, let her be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.312 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
