2. The petitioner approached this Court against the order dated 02.05.2024 passed by learned Sub Judge-IV, Rosera in Title Suit No. 211 of 2014 by which the learned Sub-Judge rejected the petition of the petitioner filed on 21.04.2018 under Order 7 Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3. Apparently against such an order wherein an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected, a revision would lie.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition into Civil Revision Petition.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.675 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 to convert the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition into Civil Revision Petition within two weeks.

6. The office is directed to extend all cooperation towards the conversion.
