JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard Mr. Shabbir Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Mukesh Kumar for the State Election Authority who submit that the petitioner had prayed for inclusion of name in the voter list prepared in respect of the election to the Tauli Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Purnea. It is contended that the election to the society has already taken place in the year 2014, rendering the matter infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Should any such occasion arise for the petitioner in the next election, he would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
