Earlier the prayer for bail pre arrest bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 2.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14583 of 2019 with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, which will be considered by the learned court below in the light of the submission made by the petitioner and the materials available on the record. It further appears that during argument, the petitoner has taken a plea that he has deposited Rs.10 lac and rest of the amount is ready to

Now the petitioner has come with a plea that for deposit of the rest of the amount he needs some more time. In view of the above facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner surrender within two weeks and on surrender, he shall be released on provisional bail for a period of three months to the satisfaction of the court below and during that period, he has to deposit rest of the amount. It is also made clear that no further indulgence will be given to the petitioner. Once the total amount is deposited as per direction of this Court in view of earlier order and this modified order, his provisional bail shall be confirmed.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of. .
