2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A and 376of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the impugned order, it appears that the victim girl was in relationship with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50262 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, POCSO, Biharsharif, Nalanda/concerned Court in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023.
