2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 330 of 2024 arising out of Khanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is in jail since 11.02.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 330 of 2024 arising out of Khanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024.
