It appears that due to inadvertence in first paragraph of the order dated 9.11.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.48874 of 2015, section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is not mentioned.

Let first paragraph of the order dated 9.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48874 of 2015 be read as "the petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well besides other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code".

The other terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 9.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48874 of 2015 would remain the same. The petitioner should surrender in the court below within five weeks from today. The order dated 9.11.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.48874 of 2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.
