2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3. Prosecution case is that 2329.200 liters of illicit foreign liquor recovered from truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the truck. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has got no concerned with alleged seized illicit liquor.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that
