2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for modification in order dated 07.05.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31286 of 2026 passed by this Court where by petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Patna Mahila Police Station Case No. 106 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under sections 69 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer to only clause 3 of the condition imposed while granting relief on 07.05.2026.

3. The submission is that since he is serving with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44494 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 B.S.F., he may not be able to mark his presence before the Police Station.

4. In that background, the order dated 07.05.2026 is modified to the extent that column 3 which mandates the petitioner to appear before the Police Station every month for six months be deemed deleted.
