JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 25 litres of country made liquor from the hut of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the country made liquor is said to be recovered from the hut of the petitioner but it would appear from the seizure list that both seizure witnesses are police officials and the copy of the same has

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.
