Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 436, 427, 504, 153A, 295A and 505C of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was identified among the members of mob which went upon to create communal disharmony and they obstructed in discharging the official duty by the police.
