Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant of this case is wife of the full-brother of the petitioner. Title Suit No. 209 of 2017 for partition of the joint family property is going on between the two brothers. In the aforesaid background, allegation is that petitioner attempted to ravish the informant.

Submission is that just to presurrize in the civil dispute, false case has been lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40674 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bahadurpur Police Station Case No. 103 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
