Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Dinesh Kumar had filed written report on 13.10.2017, on account of disappearance of his wife since 10.10.2017. It has also been alleged that during course of search, he came to know that she has been enticed away by Pradeep Kumar @ Dhubna, Raja Rai, Dilip Rai, Baikunth Rai, Manish Kumar, Ajit Kumar (petitioner), Bittu Kumar. Statement of victim has been placed under supplementary affidavit, after perusal of the same, it is evident that she had put allegation against the informant/ her husband, who was torturing her for procurement of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60251 of 2017 (03) dt.17-01-2018 demand of dowry and in the aforesaid event, she slipped to Pradeep Kumar, with whom later on, she married. That being so, petitioner, Ajit Kumar @ Ajit Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P. S. Case No.233 of 2017.
