The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 39C/2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 120(B), 420, 465, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the complainant's land was transferred by petitioner no. 1 in favour of petitioner no. 2.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The matter relates to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57996 of 2015 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 execution of the sale deed in respect to the land in question which is claimed to be of petitioner no. 1. The matter relates to civil dispute.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 39C of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Sheikhpura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
