This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the petitioner and there is nothing specific against her; except that the informant has alleged that in the occurrence, there is hand of the petitioner also as the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45504 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Uda-Kishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.24 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the investigation of the case and she will appear before the police on each and every date, if required, and she will also co-operate in the disposal of the trial of the case.
