2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 11.7 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the motorcycle. It is alleged that these petitioners were selling liquor on the said motorcycle. Petitioners have got two criminal antecedents out of which one is of similar nature.

4. Considering the quantity and criminal antecedent of
