The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.612 of 2017, a case under Sections 385/387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The F.I.R. discloses an occurrence of demand of ransom on mobile call by one Ajay. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and remanded in this case from some other case. He is in custody since 31.08.2017. However, he was never put on Test Identification Parade to establish that the person who has disclosed his name as Ajay was this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59808 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
