Petitioner seeks bail in Agrer P.S. Case No.23 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that informant's son had gone outside after taking meal, but he did not return. The informant got information in the next morning that his dead body is lying in the field. The informant has alleged that one day prior to the occurrence his son was assaulted on the ground of love affairs with someone. He was also given threat of dire consequences by the petitioner and the accused persons.
In this manner, only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41925 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused, Prabhakar Singh, has already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 27.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39584 of 2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No.23 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
