The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner assaulted with dabia on the head of the son of the informant namely Shams Reza and snatched Rs.35,000/- form the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury of the son of the informant has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence and petitioner has also received grievous injury. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56534 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 470 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
