The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 27.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case country made Masket and three live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
