Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged with allegation that the petitioner had induced the minor sister of the informant to go with him for the purpose of marriage. The victim had filed a petition before the court below in the same case, stating therein that she had love affair with the petitioner and she had gone with the petitioner. However, the petitioner did not take away her forcibly, but she had voluntarily left her own house. Thereafter she married with some other man, namely, Md. Sarfaraz and is leading a

Considering the statement of victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S.Case No. 407 of 2016 (G.R.No.3509 of 2016), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
