The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 332, 333, 337, 341, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail by Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 12.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56944 of 2018 and order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54227 of 2018, hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of

No.67327 of 2018(3) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar Police Station Case No. 77 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/ trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
