2. Present petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C.No. 10529 of 2022 which was dismissed for noncompliance of per-emptory order dated 28.11.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects were removed on 20.12.2022 vide AO No. 65008/2022.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons assigned herein, the restoration petition is allowed and C.W.J.C.No. 10529 of 2022 is restored to its original records.
