This is an application for regular bail in connection with Maner P. S. case No. 357 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is that on receiving secret information informant conducted raid where petitioner along with other accused persons assembled in order to commit dacoity. However, on seeing police, 7 to 8 accused persons fled away and three accused persons were caught on the spot and petitioner was one of them. One pistol and one live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been stated that one of the co-accused, namely, Hariom @ Hariom Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59999 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 11.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 735 of 2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJMVI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P. S. Case no. 357 of 2017.
