JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rail Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner spread false rumor that informant's daughter is pregnant and she had went to abort her pregnancy and due to fear of getting her character maligned she committed suicide on railway track.
It is submitted that the informant's daughter had gone somewhere by train and accidently fell down from the train and died. The petitioner has got no concern about the deceased and merely on suspicion his name dragged in.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.574 of 2017 (3) dt.07-02-2017 circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, let the petitioner, namely, Manoj Ravidas @ Manoj Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway Gaya in connection with Rail Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
