Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner has been implicated for non-payment of K.C.C. loan amount of Keshetriya Gramin Bank, Samastipur under which he has withdrawn Rs.17,512/-. However, it is contended that subsequently, the loan has been written off under the Central Government scheme which would be apparent from Annexure 2.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances

No.341 of 2016 (3) dt.24-02-2016 2 / 2 of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Rosera P.S. case no.102 of 2003, the above named petitioner, Vimlesh Kumar Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. at Rosera in the District of Samastipur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
