The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2017 in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the allegation of recovery was not from her conscious possession rather the same was recovered form Chura Mill.
In view of the entire gamut of circumstances and the details as narrated in the first information report and that the ganja was not recovered from her conscious possession, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59031 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017.
