The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.195 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 jointly submit that, earlier, on their joint prayer, this matter was referred to the Conciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for mediation and settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and the

No.67580 of 2018(6) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 settled their dispute in terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 25.04.2019, which is the part of the report dated 26.04.2019 of the Mediator, Conciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that the opposite party no.2 has no objection in allowing the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
